In New Moon (the second book in the Twilight saga by Stephenie Meyer), La Tua Cantante is what Aro calls Bella - referring to Edward. It literally it means the one who sings to you, or the one who sings "your song", as it were. It is used to describe someone whose blood is so attractive and potent it is almost impossible to not kill them. Bella's blood sings to Edward...irrestistible. Yet he loves her and has charged himself with protecting her. The ultimate conflict.
