We try to answer all emails within 48 hours - although during peak times and Holiday periods it may take longer.  If you don't hear from us within 48 hours, please re-send.  We try hard but sometimes the spam-eater still gets our email :)  Please, also, check your spam folder for mail from birthdesigns.com!

Looking for information on the status of your order?

Our timing/forging schedule is *always* updated on our Order Information page here. Please note, Holidays always have a cutoff time - at which point I no longer attempt to get orders out in time for a specific Holiday. Mother's Day and Christmas are the two biggest holidays of our year, and generally have cutoff dates for ordering about 8-12 weeks ahead of time.

You can log in to your account at Birth Designs at any time and see the status of your order. Orders are updated when they are processed, when they move to the forging bench, and again when they are ready to ship. Any customer notes, including dates which the customer requests to be met, are immediately tagged in the customer's file.
